ARNIE "TOKYO" ROSENTHAL


Arnie “Tokyo” Rosenthal is a 25 year veteran in the boxing business. He’s been described as a 360 degree player as he’s experienced all facets of the business including a stint as an amateur boxer.

Rosenthal was the President of the FNN/SCORE sports network from 1985 to 1991 and it was during that time that they broadcast close to 100 world title fights, the MSG boxing series, and countless other boxing cards to cable households across the country. SCORE also produced and aired the Coor’s Superfights kick boxing series. And during his tenure at SCORE Arnie began creating pay per view events including Furious Friday with Roberto Duran, Mark Breland, and Marlon Starling.

While at SCORE Arnie began commentating boxing which led to a 20 year career calling boxing on TV for HBO PPV, HBO International, Prime Network, Star Boxing, A Ring Of Their Own, Metro Channel, Heavyweight Explosion, and many others.

After leaving SCORE Rosenthal began managing professional fighters and handled over 50 fighters through 2005 including 6 world champions. Among the champions and stand outs were Bobby Czyz, Keith Mullings, Paul Vaden, Derrick Harmon, and Merqui Sosa.

At this same time Arnie co-founded Rock & Sock Productions, a company that promoted live boxing events, produced Pay Per View Events, and created and promoted the only weekly televised, all women’s boxing series, “A Ring Of Their Own”, which aired from 2005-2006. They also pioneered web casting of boxing and MMA events.
